In recognition of the outstanding work of its dedicated and caring staff, Parkview Manor has been awarded a perfect score on their most recent survey. The overwhelmingly positive resident feedback provided reflects the familial relationship between Parkview Manor’s residents and staff.
This survey includes three overall categories: resident behavior and the center’s practices, quality of care, and quality of life. With a welcoming environment, attentive staff, and stimulating leisure programs, Parkview Manor received excellent grades in all three categories. Additionally, the community exceeded the survey’s expected standards in all 185 specific subcategories.
