I visit Sunset Care on a monthly basis in a professional capacity. Their level of resident care is unsurpassed, both in a skilled nursing level and a compassionate, caring individual attention level.

The physical therapy is one of the best that I've had in the last 2 years.

Very caring people that work here and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help with any questions or needs.

Getting assisted living for your parent is a scary thought - but my Mom couldn't live alone without help. She is thriving. Hasn't been this happy in years. The nurses and staff are professional and very kind. Activities keep her busy and are getting her more exercise.

I can't say enough how helpful and great there staff is. Every one there was kind and caring. I would highly recommend.

We didn’t encounter one single person who didn't obviously know and care for their residents. The building looked and smelled good as well. I really appreciate everyone’s willingness to ensure we had everything we needed.

The nurses, med techs and techs are amazing! They go above and beyond for each resident, ensuring they get the care they need and deserve. I want to say a huge thank you. You guys rock!

I travel a lot for work and I never feel nervous about mom being well cared for when I cannot be around. Anytime I have a question I can always immediately get a hold of someone and they are also so great at getting in touch with me for anything I may need to know.

My dad is here and I am grateful 🙏 to have a loving caring CNA who does a outstanding job!!! Ms. Darnesha is a very hard worker. My dad says she take good care of him. She is amazing!!!

My mother could not have received better care anywhere else. From the nurses, aides, and therapy dept to the cafeteria, housekeeping, and laundry staff, ALL showed compassion and RESPECT for my mother and the other residents.

This facility is truly one of the greatest. They have the most professional and caring staff. They are always very attentive to the needs of each resident that resides in the facility. They always have a clean and welcoming atmosphere here at Forest Hills AL.

Prior to placing dad in the Nursing Home I was uneasy. The team at St. Sophia made dad feel so at home, so welcomed. They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them for your loved one. By the Grace of God dad is back home with us. I was there almost everyday praying and being there for my father.

I have worked here for 4 years and I love it, and all of my residents and co-workers. Looking forward to another 4 years.

Such a wonderful place. The facility gives my loved one independence but is also taken care of. I feel so much safer knowing my loved one is being taken care of and hasn't lost her sense of independence.

This facility is lovely and every single staff member here has been wonderful; from nurses to housekeepers, therapists to the folks in the dining hall, doctors to shuttle drivers. I have been very well cared for by people who are as compassionate as they are efficient.

We have been very happy with the care she receives. It is a nice, caring environment for her. She is loved, safe, clean, well-fed and entertained by the staff and other residents. I go daily to see her and leave knowing she will be OK.

The care was amazing, they were so wonderful with my mom. They are one on one with patients. From the administration to the therapist. I can't say enough about the care. If you're looking for a rehab or permanent care for your loved one, please go in and talk with them. I'm glad I did. From a scale of 1-10, they're definitely a 20.

I have met the entire staff and know them very well. They have always been there to assist me with whatever challenge that has arisen and make the right decisions with me or on my behalf. It has certainly been a direct relationship with open communication and guidance.

We could not be more pleased with the level of care that our mother receives at Forest Hills. The accommodations are also more than suitable for the price point of this facility.

Staff are extremely devoted to this place and make it a fun and upbeat career choice.

The rehab here has been an excellent experience for me and my wife. Everyone here has been so kind and supportive. We have been blessed for me to be able to recover here in this pleasant and comfortable place with such caring individuals. Everyone has been wonderful to us.

A special place. They treat their clients as family not only is my father there but my wife. Felt so good to be able to not worry. They go beyond normal care for our loved ones.

This is the best place I've worked in a long time. Clean, caring, food is great. Housekeeping keeps it clean. Therapy is great. The management is great. They are all about the residents. The nurses are on top of the needs of our residents. I'm proud to say I work for the quarters.

Normandy is my second home. I love what I do. I enjoy seeing my residents when I come in. We are getting better and better by the day.

The Forest Hills staff are sensitive to our mother's specific dietary and care giving needs, and does their best to accommodate her. The tone at Forest Hills is set by the administrator, Amber Chavez, who has created a positive, patient, caring approach that is felt through the entire team.

The facilities are always very clean and tidy, I don’t think I’ve ever even see a speck of dust. My mother also loves all the activities that are put on, they do so great about keeping her involved.

I was very impressed after attending their open house from the Admissions Director, Business Development Liaison and their Rehab Director. They seem to have some great programs for the patients.

They were amazing and very helpful and kind. They truly care and are concerned about the well being of all the people that come there.

Amber, the administrator, has gone way beyond the "call of duty" over and over to make Moms life better. I can't imagine how it could be improved. I can sleep at night knowing she has the best possible care.

The staff is wonderful. Dad tells me all the time how nice everyone is. My mother is experiencing dementia and it is a relief to me that they are both in a place where there are people who are watching out for them.

Oak Park rehab team is fantastic. My grandmother was there for PT and OT,. The staff took great care of her and made her feel right at home. Keep up the great work, team Oak Park.

They keep residents active by providing a variety of activities on a daily basis, there's something for everyone. Mom's safety is also a priority which is a relief to the family as well. They have a wonderful, caring staff. ❤️
