Here at Walnut Grove, our goal is to provide individual care to improve the life of each resident. Our staff is trained and they provide personal care for each resident. We encourage each person to work towards independence as much as possible.

The skilled nursing department is a wonderful way to improve the independence of each resident. Our therapists are trained to work with the geriatric population utilizing the latest technology in our treatments.

Our professional and certified staff is available 24 hours a day to assist with your individual needs. Our family includes a physician, and a team of geriatric rehabilitation specialists such as Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapists.

Our staff, with your involvement, coordinate a plan of care unique for each individual resident. This cooperative approach, combined with a warm, home-like atmosphere, enables each individual to achieve their maximum potential and promote their independence. Our nursing professionals assist each family with counseling and discharge planning services.

Walnut Grove Care & Rehab provides Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services to help improve you or your loved ones quality of life by increasing and promoting independence.

Residents and visitors of our facility are welcomed to the dining room by the sounds of friendly voices and the aroma of delicious food being prepared under the guidance of a registered dietitian. We offer a wide variety of food choices, designed to tempt the taste buds of even the most finicky eater. Our specially trained dietary staff is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions. Whether doctor ordered or just a preferred diet plan, our dietary department provides appetizing and appealing meals.

Religious services are provided on Sundays and various other times throughout the month.

We offer a wide array of activities designed to meet individuals needs, stimulate minds, and encourage physical activity.
