LPN Responsibilities:

Bentwood LPNs are a key part of our care team. They’re proactive, knowledgeable, team-players, and easy to communicate with. They make our team great by:

  • Leading Nursing Care Plans
  • Documenting Patient Conditions & Needs
  • Accurately & Promptly Implementing Physician Orders
  • Administering Medications
  • Starting IVs & Performing/Documenting Treatment

LPN Qualifications:

  • Valid State LPN License & CPR Certification
  • 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
