Transport Driver Requirements:

  • Must be a CNA
  • Must be CPR Certified
  • Must have valid drivers license in state of Oklahoma
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must provide proof of insurance

Transport Driver Experience:

  • 1 year preferred transport driver experience
