Oak Park Care Center is looking for an activities assistant. Interested candidates should be highly motivated and able to provide fulfilling stimulating activities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and monitor activity attendance charts
- Assist in preparing holiday events
- Ensure that residents are engaged in activities
- Monitor and chart one on one visit
- Monthly calendars are to be put in every resident room and main areas
- Water and snack should be passed twice during your shift
- Activities of the day should be posted in the area you work
- Mail should be passed daily
- Activities are to be done at the time that is posted on activity calendar
Qualifications:
- Activity Assistant – Long Term Care Nursing Home experience
- Associate degree or High School diploma or GED
- Must be a CNA
