Accountable Care Organization (ACO)

Camelot is a trusted participant in BJC’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO) partnerships, aligning closely with Medicare and physician networks to deliver high quality, patient centered care. An ACO brings providers together to improve outcomes while responsibly managing healthcare costs, with performance closely measured through quality metrics such as patient satisfaction, care coordination, clinical outcomes, and effective use of electronic medical records. Through CMS’s Shared Saving’s Program, eligible ACO beneficiaries may receive skilled nursing care without the traditional three-day inpatient hospital stay, allowing for more timely and appropriate transitions of care. Camelot’s strong clinical performance, commitment to evidence-based practices, and collaborative care model make it exceptionally suited for ACO participation.
