Jefferson City Manor offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy for both short-term and long-term residents in partnership with Select Rehabilitation.
Our rehabilitation team develops individualized treatment programs based on each resident’s abilities, challenges, and personal goals. Whether recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization, we work to help residents achieve their highest possible level of function, safety, and independence.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and overall physical function. Following an evaluation, our therapists develop an individualized program designed around each resident’s specific needs and recovery goals.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy helps residents strengthen the skills needed for everyday life. Treatment may focus on activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, and other daily tasks to promote greater independence and confidence.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy provides individualized support for residents experiencing challenges with communication, cognition, speech, or swallowing. Treatment plans are designed to improve function while supporting safety and quality of life.
Coverage for therapy services depends on eligibility, payer requirements, and the resident’s individual plan.
Individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other forms of cognitive impairment can benefit from an environment designed around their unique needs.
Our memory care program provides a secure, structured, and supportive setting where residents receive around-the-clock care from team members who understand the challenges associated with memory loss.

Residents can enjoy the convenience of on-site salon services in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Available services may include haircuts, styling, grooming, and other personal-care services provided by experienced professionals. Some salon services may require an additional fee.
Residents can stay connected with family, friends, entertainment, and the world around them with complimentary Wi-Fi available to residents, families, and guests. Satellite television through Dish Network is also available for residents.

Our housekeeping and laundry teams help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout Jefferson City Manor. Regular housekeeping services help keep resident rooms and community spaces clean and organized, while our laundry team carefully handles residents’ clothing and linens.
