<p>MGM Healthcare is looking for a Regional Marketer to oversee the Marketing teams in our Missouri facilities. The Regional Marketer will act as a liaison for skilled nursing facilities and for assigned hospitals and designated referral sources for families. This person will be responsible for building relationships with hospitals, which generate patient referrals and admissions. The Marketer will assess clinical needs of potential / existing residents to assure the facility has the clinical capability to treat the resident.</p>
<p><strong>Marketer Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing in healthcare; long-term care marketing experience preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the admissions process at a sub-acute, SNF, or rehab facility.</li>
<li>Experience with understanding patients insurances Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed care subacute guidelines.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with social workers, nurses, physicians, and case managers in assigned hospitals and other medical facilities as appropriate</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with a detail orientation towards documentation.</li>
<li>Superior follow-up skills and ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.</li>
<li>Professional telephone skills with the ability to handle referral calls effectively and efficiently, meeting the needs of the referral sources and families.</li>
<li>Computer experience and understanding of hospitals EHR system is preferred</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Primary sales and marketing representative for managing hospital referrals/designated referral source referrals</li>
<li>Develop strong relationships with key hospital personnel and identify new opportunities for alignment, partnering, and growth.</li>
<li>Work with facility marketing to develop monthly plans and strategies and new business</li>
<li>Assist in planning and organizing marketing strategies and programs designed to meet census and payor mix goals.</li>
<li>Participate in monthly reports on sales activity, competitor/referral source changes in the marketplace and work with other staff to develop marketing plan</li>
<li>Assure that the admission process is seamless and positive, including but not limited to identifying all necessary device/equipment and immediate medical needs necessary to ensure a smooth transition to the facility</li>
<li>Understand and communicate critical and/or strategic changes to hospital functions, relationships, programs, and opportunities.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide Marketing teams in each facility</li>
</ul>

<li>Determines schedules, sequences and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.</li>
<li>Maintains and models effective working relationships with other staff and peers, administrators, maintenance directors, centers employees, patients, families, and visitors.</li>
<li>Provides leadership in developing performance standards for all maintenance and environmental services personnel (to include contracted personnel if applicable).</li>
<li>Evaluates and counsels all employees on their performance in a professional and timely manner.</li>
<li>Responsible for filling in at a center in the event a center is without maintenance to assure all tasks are kept up to date including regulatory compliances and maintenance work orders.</li>
<li>Responsible for designated areas financial performance to include: monitoring and controlling resource utilization and expenditures, while ensuring adherence to operating budget.</li>
<li>Responsible for securing service contracts in an efficient and cost effective manner as required (maintenance, communication, utilities, alarms, waste disposal, etc.) for plant operations and environmental services.</li>
<li>Reports all activity to Director of Plant Operations in a timely manner prior to weekly and monthly review meetings.</li>
<li>Plans, organizes, and coordinates department functions and activities to achieve objectives and complies with regulatory standards and requirements.</li>
<li>Ensures maintenance directors are performing all routine and non-routine inspections, centers structure and equipment meet existing codes set forth by local, state and federal government agencies.</li>
<li>Responsible for overseeing scheduling and monitors maintenance and repairs on all center equipment, structures and vehicles in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Ensures the necessary logs and records are maintained including preventive maintenance (TELS) and operation.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

<p>If you have experience in finance or payroll processing, we are interest in talking with you about a position in our company as a payroll specialist.  In this position, you will work with ADP to ensure that all employees get their paychecks delivered accurately and on time.  Your knowledge and experience with payroll taxes and deductions are vital in order to the successful in this role.  It is also essential to have a solid understanding of employee attendance procedures and leave arrangements.  You will make payroll adjustments, audits, voids and termination checks.  You will also prepare payroll reports that detail wages and labor costs to the company</p>
<p><strong><u>Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist</u></strong></p>

<li>Process bi-weekly payroll for employees in the organization for 25 locations including (Missouri, Iowa and Oklahoma).</li>
<li>Processing manual checks for distribution.</li>
<li>Follow and calculate all outside wage garnishments requests or judgments when required on an individual’s paycheck.</li>
<li>Maintain personnel database regarding salaries</li>
<li>Answer questions regarding paychecks, withholdings tax issues or wage adjustments from employees and help troubleshoot possible issues with pay.</li>
<li>Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues</li>
<li>Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system</li>

<p><strong>The MGM Healthcare Corporate office is looking for a Skilled Nursing Facility Medicare Biller.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Medicare Biller Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 years of Billing experience in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>1-3 years in accounts receivable in a healthcare environment; preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge with Medicare, Medicaid, and Coinsurance</li>
<li>Proficient in relevant computer software, Point Click Care, Excel</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Medicare Biller Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the Triple Check process with assigned centers to assure timely completion for claim submission.</li>
<li>Submit electronically all claims for Medicare A &amp; Medicare B timely</li>
<li>Submit all Medicare A &amp; B Coinsurance claims timely.</li>
<li>Apply and post all cash related to Medicare A &amp; B payments.</li>
<li>Enter all month end ancillaries into the billing software monthly for assigned centers.</li>
<li>Review and work all aging&#8217;s weekly for assigned centers.</li>
<li>Resolve any discrepancies through research put forth on the Policy &amp; Procedures of the AR department.</li>
<li>Provide complete and accurate documentation for any Write Offs proposed per Medicare Guidelines.</li>
<li>Update the software annually with Medicare Fee schedules</li>
<li>Update the Medicare Cost Report every month.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Medicare Biller Specialized knowledge:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Point Click Care system experience is ideal but not required.</li>
<li>Strong working experience with FISS/DDE</li>
<li>Strong working experience using Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Medicare billing guidelines and appeal processes within a Skilled Nursing environment.</li>
<li>Consistently meets individual productivity incentive standards.</li>

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>The overall purpose of the Remodel Team Lead position is to plan, direct and control the overall remodeling of 11 facilities in MO. This position must perform or oversee electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and other technical tasks.</p>
<p><strong>Remodel Team Lead Qualifications</strong>:</p>

<li>Associate’s degree preferred; or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Must be available to be “on-call” 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.</li>
<li>Institutional maintenance and housekeeping is necessary with knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics and construction drawings is preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Remodel Team Lead may perform:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>repairs as directed</li>
<li>collect and dispose of refuse</li>

<li>Prepare journal entries to ensure transactions are entered into the accounting system on an accurate and timely basis</li>
<li>Perform GL account reconciliations and monthly analysis of balance sheet and selected income statement accounts</li>
<li>Implement standardized Operating Procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls</li>
<li>Prepare for financial audits and assist the Accounting Manager with the audit process</li>
<li>Record intercompany transactions and reconcile balances with intercompany entities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The Person:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BS in Accounting required, Masters in Accounting a plus</li>
<li>CPA is a plus</li>
<li>Strong technical accounting background</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization</li>
<li>3+ years relevant experience in corporate accounting</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and resolve variances</li>
<li>Ability to multitask simultaneously and effectively prioritize work</li>
<li>Experience with enterprise financial system is strongly preferred</li>

<p><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong></p>

<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree and three to five years of  HR experience, or a master&#8217;s degree in HR management and two years of experience in the HR field, or seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p>

<li>Masters&#8217; degree in human resources or related field.</li>
<li>SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.</li>
<li>Eight to 10 years of human resource experience.</li>

<p><strong>Scope and responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>The Vice President Sales and Marketing will oversee sales and marketing for the three regions.  This entails plans for census development based on the needs and strengths of each center including niche development and hospital partnerships. A global and strategic thinker, this person will manage some regional managers and 24 marketing/admissions coordinators.</p>
<p><strong><em>VP of Sales &amp; Marketing Responsibilities:</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive census (occupancy) and more specifically ‘skilled census’ at a high level.</li>
<li>Drive and assist team in maintaining a solid referral base, community relationships, and physician/healthcare networking.</li>
<li>Enhance presence on internet/web. Understand marketing needs through social media, electronic communication, etc.</li>
<li>Recruit, develop, motivate, and mentor team in accordance with company policies, standards, and practices, including travel with staff to achieve optimum success.</li>
<li>Exceed sales goals through aggressive strategic and tactical plans for sustainable growth.</li>
<li>Enhance already relationships between new and existing customers.</li>
<li>Build new long-term customer relationships using your vast network.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely territory plans and pipeline forecast.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>VP of Sales &amp; Marketing Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of five + years of direct sales experience and successful sales management.</li>
<li>Strong sales and marketing experience and a deep understanding of healthcare market and changes that are coming.</li>
<li>Proven sales and marketing leader that leads by example and embraces change.</li>
<li>Track record of building and motivating successful sales teams, growing sales year over year, and world-class customer retention.</li>
<li>Manage at a strategic level the online component of sales/marketing including website development and online advertising.</li>
<li>Ability and desire to travel through 3 state territory. Expected 25%.</li>
</ul>

<p>The Compliance Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of the compliance program that covers multi-state skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities including, but are not limited to, the development and standardization of policies and procedures for compliance, auditing and monitoring, training and education, compliance investigations, and reporting.</p>
<p><strong>Compliance Officer Job Requirements</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>At least three to five years’ healthcare compliance/regulatory experience in long-term care setting</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and understanding of health care compliance programs in the area of developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs</li>
<li>Background in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse laws and health care privacy laws</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability in compliance, safety and security and policy implementation and/or auditing</li>
<li>Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in related field</li>
<li>Certifications preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</li>
<li>Strong computer skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Good interpersonal and organizational skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compliance Officer Essential Functions: </strong>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>

<li>Reviews policies and procedures, clinical and non-clinical, company-wide.</li>

<li>Oversees third-party billing audits to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.</li>

<li>Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance with Stark, Anti-kickback, Conflicts of Interest, Fraud, Waste and Abuse, and other relevant laws and         regulations.</li>
<li>Serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer; oversee medical record request process</li>
<li>Oversees the IT Security Officer, or serves that role if qualified</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>

<li>This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.  This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.</li>

<li>This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.  Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.</li>
