With a strong focus on long‑term care and a growing rehab program, Ozark also provides a secured Memory Care Unit for 29 residents, supported by an in‑house Optum nurse practitioner. The community accepts a wide range of payers—including Private Pay, Medicaid, Medicare, United Healthcare, and Long‑Term Care insurance—making quality care more accessible. Located just 7.6 miles from Mercy Orthopedic Hospital Springfield, Woodland combines convenience, privacy, and compassionate service to create a truly welcoming place to call home.
